Country singer Diane Raeside captivates audience

Article by: Brenda L. Whitehall for the Hamilton Spectator
Scarborough-based singer/actress Diane Raeside captivated the crowd with a gutsy blend of country-rock and her flawless multi-textured voice. Backed by the Mark Laforme Band, Raeside belted out favorites by Tanya Tucker, Willie Nelson, Hank Williams and Buddy Holly.
She also treated fans to some of her own popular radio hits, including Crazy Infatuation and Run For Your Money.
Truly Canada's answer to Reba McEntire, the energetic redhead is one of our country's best-kept secrets. A treasure just waiting to be discovered.
If any of the record industry "suits" had been there to hear her version of "Cry", the major labels would be fighting to sign her today. She's destined for BIG things.

Elvis said it best with:

“You only pass through this life once, You don’t come back for an encore….Life comes down to family, few friends and someone to love, something to look forward to, something to share and someone to share it with.”

Thank you for letting me share my music with you
